Yeah, that is where the fuel caps are located, right by the drive tires. Open up the cap and light em up

I feel sorry for drivers who won’t have a truck to come back to after their hometime, and torched personal belongings.

hopefully nobodies car was damaged either

I’d say it was pretty much arson myself. Someone has a serious axe to grind.

I just hit the yard on Labor Day.
Dropped the trailer and rolled to the bobtail line.
Well F-ME, there's a row of burned down trucks sitting there.
Nobody said a word about it while I was on the road.

This was no little fire, there was some high temperatures
In that fire, melted the steel.
It's basically 11 big piles of ashes that's left.

    This had to be arson.
There's a security company at every plant now,
Since the last Group of fires.
They ride around the plants 24 hours a day just for this reason.

    Somehow he missed it.
The Gaurd Shack is 75 yards away and they missed it.
It's in the middle of a big open parking lot.
If it started during the day, there's all kinds of drivers,
Vendors and shop people around all day, so someone
    Would have seen it instantly.

If it happened at night, anybody outside within
Sight would have seen the flames from a mile away.
There's nothing to block the view.
And the fire station is 2 blocks away.

I'm no genius investigator, but there's no way one truck
Could of caught on fire, then burned a whole row of trucks
Down to ashes, before the fire company got there.

Either a couple of them were lit up at once
Or all of them. There's absolutely nothing left
Of those trucks. No salvageable parts.

It actually looks like they were all lined up
At the far end of the row just for this to happen.
    It's crazy.

Anywhere else it would have been 30 trucks
    And some of our cars.
I was gonna grab a few things a leave.
I think I'm gonna unload most of my stuff,
My truck might be a pile of ashes when I come back
    In a week.

I’ve been past that lot and I agree with you. Seems very unlikely nobody saw anything early on.

i will tonight when I get home.
Not all those trucks are empty back there.
A lot of us park and sleep there waiting
    For our loads.
There's always some drivers back there in
    Their trucks.

Bud A. and JoeyJunk Thank this.

The security was implemented after the fires last year.

However I noticed the security patrols got really intense in a way I have never seen before about 2 weeks before this last fire.

Something else happened before these 11 trucks burned down that we are not aware of.

Since they didn’t even say anything about the trucks burning down, I doubt they would say anything about other acts of sabotage. But I have heard rumors from other guys who work there every day.

Sounds like a fun place to work. o_O

Do they have bullet-proof glass and metal detectors too?

    Bud A. Thanks this.
