Again, awesome info!
Back when it was set to factory program, I did have to rev it up like that to produce any kind of usable power. Now, I am shifting between 1,500-1,600...1,700 if I really need to get up and go.
I'm not the fastest off the line, but, most people have a hard time passing me off the line, depending on how loaded I am, the terrain and what's in front of me...I'm a big believer in progressive shift technique, I try to get out of the low range gears as fast as I can and then start pushing the RPM's once I get into the higher gears.
So, you think a new manifold is going to make a difference? OK.
I was planning on the BW turbo for sure, but, maybe I'll do that with the manifold next. The exhaust is getting done (again) right NOW, its a 5" in and out...I didn't know what to put on it. I think it had a Donaldson on before...any recommendations?

Bully dog turbo stage 1 and full tilt turbo strait pipes and a fuel restrictor in the line give it more fule pressure
