That's what it's doing, when I get into it it jumps up pretty quick. Never use to move that fast before? Dipped the coolant again when I got to the ts with white paper and its clean as a whistle. Tested ph again, it's ok?

I skimmed over this. Take the CAC out and wash the rad, wash the CAC. They are known to collect junk in between them. Had 10 new in a fleet.

Go to your local home improvement store and Buy Coil cleaner. Used to clean the condenser coils on your home A/C spray it on after you get CAC off And A/c condenser. It will foam up and help emulsifying the crap out of the fins. I do it 2 times a year. really helps with the pressures in A/c system.

But sure you don’t have a bad sending unit? Or connection to sensor. What does a FLIR temp gun say?. If can get one compare the temps to what sensor shows. just maybe some ideas to ponder

I have a gun and will try it. I'm resetting now, I'll take a load back to Canada, hope for the best.

OK is it oil or fuel in the surge tank? Looks like fuel to me. Oil usually turns the whole tank black. Fuel darkens the coolant appearance.

It's not mixing with the coolant, its sludge on the surface of the tank? Coolant is red clear and ph is fine.

Did I miss something, he said coolant was clean on a white paper towel?

So what else make you think you have a head gasket problem? Just the temp fluctuations?

    Rideandrepair Thanks this.
