That's what it's doing, when I get into it it jumps up pretty quick. Never use to move that fast before? Dipped the coolant again when I got to the ts with white paper and its clean as a whistle. Tested ph again, it's ok?

But sure you don’t have a bad sending unit? Or connection to sensor. What does a FLIR temp gun say?. If can get one compare the temps to what sensor shows. just maybe some ideas to ponderRideandrepair, John E. and Elroythekid Thank this. -

OK is it oil or fuel in the surge tank? Looks like fuel to me. Oil usually turns the whole tank black. Fuel darkens the coolant appearance.
