That would be Mexico to Canada, no US involved. Now I’m wondering if they’re allowed to do Mexico to US. and US to Canada. Seems if they have Mexican Authority, they could. Even though the pick up is in Laredo, and they never actually go to Mexico. The Company could have a Brokerage in Mexico, just to get it across the border. I don’t know, myself. I see a lot of Carriers advertising Operations in all 3 Countries. I wonder. I know of one Mega from Indy, that used to run Canadian Drivers inside the US quite a bit, ignoring the rules. Won’t mention name, but 7 letters, started with a C and ended with an N. Lol.

No. It's just another way we're sold out. The BOL has a Mexican origin or destination, but it's dropped or picked up in Laredo.

I think that's why the OP meant when he said no US loads......No loads picking up in Laredo(originating in Mexico) going to somewhere in the US.

They pick and drop in Laredo. Bet money on it. It's a sellout loophole.

    Rideandrepair and nikmirbre Thank this.

Kinda like the businesses in THE COMMUNIST STATE. They will take your money, but you can't use the bathroom.

"Foreign trade zones " exist all over Canada and the US. BONDED loads come out of them all day every day. If you dont like the system, have it changed.

Sorry, At $200 an hour in my dollars, yes I try to avoid it. It's just good business sense to keep costs down. I wont pay that anywhere. Over the years I've paid LOTS of service invoices in the US. LOTS.
I spend LOTS of my dollars down here, ask Harbor Freight Northern Tools, or Walmart.

So Truckers report is for US drivers only? Or Canadian drivers should pay for it? Wow.
