Hi there, I’ve been looking into OTR companies too. What I found so far for 6mo to a year exp. Not sure about DUI stipulations.

Heyl .43CPM Reefer (& additional monthly and quarterly bonuses)
Melton .50CPM Flatbed (additional .06 for hazmat or Canadian loads)
Shaffer .50CPM Reefer

All of them say 2500+ average miles.

Trips are 1500+ miles.
You'll do 2 trips every week,lots of drop and hook,but worse case scenerio,4 live loads.
You'll spend your time driving,not sitting.
No northeast or northwest freight.
You'll be running alot of Texas,New Mexico,Arizona and California.
I plan to retire here.
No stress at all.

Ive jumped around jb hunt transport America etc.
The difference between a small company like ,Danny Herman,and the large companies is like night and day.
This company runs like a fine swiss watch.
