    Looking at a second rig. 2013 386 with an ISX. Government has been removed by previous owner.
    As a buyer, not knowing the how or how well, the government has been removed, what discount would you consider? I'm thinking $15k.

    Best ones are the hidden ones that pass a visual inspection and show no codes .. normally that means someone knew what they were doing . When everything is removed it can be a hack job 50% of the time..
