I had leaf spring bushings replaced on my 13 T660 to greasable ones since factory ones were squeaking. Now every time I turn hard left it right it knocks. What could it be? They're threaded pin bushings and are greased regularly and still knocking on turns. Any advice?

My ‘20 T680’s frontend was popping, with 245K miles. The company’s ace mechanic claimed the frontend needed rebuilt. I didn’t care about it, but, he asked. New kingpins, leaf springs, shackles, shocks, steer tires, and alignment and the frontend still popped. Moved into a 3yr newer T680 with 145K miles. The frontend pops. I don’t worry about it.

When I started driving this truck it had 205k miles and no popping noises and perfect alignment. Now it's popping and it feels like entire front end is shifting from left to right on turns

Try greasing the 5th wheel, just a guess but it will cause the same symptoms.
