Paychecks in an account and dont touch it until tax time. It takes great resolve to do that but if you have the discipline youll be fine with the IRS. I think the IRS likes quarterly tax payments also

 

You'll need to make sure everything is in writing on the contract before you sign it. But they do run you very hard eld or not, I worked for the other russian mafia just north of them. I have a IRS account at my bank & they pay my quarterly taxes for me I don't need a accountant anymore because I run software that does my taxes much cheaper.

Bear in mind most of these 1099 positions are illegal. They really need to start cracking down and executing errr I mean fining the people doing them.

 

Well OP, since you've been told over and over its a bad idea, yet you still keep asking "What about" Ill be on you're side. It will be real good for you. Great job. Just remember to pay your taxes. And if they pay you cash under the table, remember to pay your taxes, cause when the IRS man comes calling your company, they WILL throw you under the buss.

Why would the IRS want to bother You.? Find the proper info.
1) Get the details from the Company hiring you. (All documented, hard copy.)
2) Open an LLC (Limited Liability Corp.) (AZ Pete Transport), as soon as You get your 1st paycheck. (State of Delaware LLC is the Best) ($65.00 X one time) Last I saw. You can do it Thru Internet and get a Suite address with the UPS Stores in Delaware.($70.00 X year) (They even Forward your Mail at your request)
3) While You are making money, get the details for the LLC, also start an account for the LLC in a Bank of your choice.
4) Put money aside while You work. (10 to 15% per incoming dollar )
5) You are on your way.!!!......and Learn more as you Go.
IRS normally, will Not look at you on your first 5 years of your LLC. Unless you start moving hundreds of thousands of dollars) then You get their attention. Go for it.........Happy Trails..!!
