    How’d they do that? Use a couple vac trucks? Not like they are gonna fill a thousand fuel tanks or 10 thousand gas cans at one time. Lol.

    Looks like they might have used stolen cards, or like the last time I've seen this kind of thing, some bug in the pump sale system. That last time they were filling liquid totes hidden in vans.
