19% pay raise! Sherwin Williams - Effingham, IL

If you haven't gotten raise this year it's time to move on.
The only problem is it now takes two thousand to make ends meet.

 

At the 5, 10, 15, etc mark, you get a plaque and can pick a gift for your loyalty! Who needs vested retirement money when you have a $3 plaque!

 

I can’t spell. I was trying to say got a raise. I was looking at the Atlanta locations and it says 27/hr for local

 

Think how many Plaques and Gifts that SW could give Ya'll if they actually had Product to sell

Did the cost of medical insurance go up too?

Glad to hear a nice raise is coming. I started at Estes with 56.5 in 2017. We're now at .715 home every night and the regional guys are at .745. We're on the verge of a huge raise AGAIN so I look forward to it. Thanks Old Dominion for constantly raising pay. If they get a raise, we get a higher one to offset.
