Rare numbered Classic for sale about 100k miles on rebult 425 B-Block Cat, 4.33 ratios, 300k miles on 46k rockwell rears, new heavy drive shafts, full lockers, 7in straigts, 15 over tranny, 260 wb (factory), 7 glass-lensed cablights, 18in boxed end texas bumper, wet kit w/ split fuel/hydraulic tank
Truck was restored 7 years ago, been working the last year, Double JJ single round healights and J brackets, Panelite millenium series lights on skirts. Its my dad's truck but contact me and we will set something up. will take pre-emissions(04 or older) heavy-spec pete on trade.
Truck gets better mileage, pulls better and brakes less often than any of our newer trucks(99,04,05) and scores better on Emissions tests (not that we care) than my 05' pete. great truck, hate to see it go, but we hope it finds a good home.
1987 359 Classic #45 Forsale

-

I didnt think It would sell, just figured we'd put it out there. you couldn't build this truck for that price.
engine-20k
rears-10k
paint-10k
new interior 2500
10 new tires-6k
8 new alum. wheels-1500
7in pipes- 1000-1500
added chrome/lights/other-2500
359 Classic minus these upgrades 25-40k
-----------------------------------------
total $71 000-$86 000 depending on condition of truck at start and that not counting the time and effort to put on all these extras.
btw. some people would rather pay 100k for a 20 year old truck than 150 for a new POS truck.
I HATE new "trucks".
must be some good crack.Last edited: May 14, 2011
