Good! Easy fix now. Plug in with laptop and verify engine speed signal. No signal measure a/c voltage from timing sensor to ecm. No signal replace timing sensor. Check voltage at ecm sensors, such as coolant temp and oil pressure. No voltage to sensors verify ecm power and ground, all good, replace ecm. No ecm power and ground, isolate vehicle fault and repair.

I might have one off of an 00 N14. It's in a Freightliner so parameters would have to be set. You can also have the M11 ECM programmed.

    Update.
So I ordered a new ECM plugged it in (check engine light came on then off and truck started) Driver took it for a test drive. Trucks (check fluid light, stop engine light, check engine light all come on at once) truck will lose power for a second and come back. There are no codes I have the diagnostics switch but no codes showing. There is no level sensor for radiator fluid. I have changed oil pressure sensor. I have looked for level sensor wiring but can only find a 2 wire clip and sensor I think has 3.

I have pulled wires and checked to make sure there connected and tight. Still lost on this one.
