Ok. That was the most informational post on here.
That is what that link says.
It is what it is at that point...
I cant argue with that :(

I still stand by the statement that one has a right to ask for what ever he wants...I would hire a lawyer if it was some serious stuff and go from there.

Again, that's understood. Stop stating the obvious; the fixed/variable costs of having American workers is far greater than paying a foreign worker .30 cents per hour without any benefits. But at the end of every fiscal year it's been shown and proven that they can easily afford those costs and still turn a decent profit.

So the choice is to outsource jobs and turn a significantly better profit for your corporate entity or turn just a decent profit while stimulating the economy for the overall betterment of American society/economical status but you choose the latter because you don't give a #### about America; you just want more money. That's selfish.

Do you know the definition of greed? The selfish desire to gain over helping others or sharing is roughly the very concept. Your last statement is clearly just your opinion.

    My point to the tee.

If it's for the honest working man who desperately needs it? Fine. It's his without a second thought. For an insurance company to help millionaires save a few bucks? If I don't work for them then they have a problem.

Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

No, if you don't work for them they STILL don't have a problem. If you've got evidence they want, they'll go to the judge and get a subpoena. Still refuse to hand it over? YOU sit in a cell for contempt of court. If you deleted or destroyed it, now you can be brought up on charges for destroying evidence. Again, it isn't THEIR problem if you don't want to hand it over. Once it becomes known that you had it (as in the victim you offered to sell it to testifies to what you said about having it), you've got no choice in the matter. The right to obtain evidence in the matter trumps any ownership rights you may claim to have. If you want to keep a copy, make a copy for yourself...otherwise, you'll have to hand it over.

Do yourself a favor in the future and try to strip how you "feel" about things away from the argument you're trying to make. Feelings don't matter, just the facts.

    Sheesh, you're literally captain obvious.

If it's subpoenaed by the court of law then what choice do I have in the matter? None.

If it's left up to me then what's the determining factors contributing to the decision I make? Feelings and/or beliefs.

In an instance such as this where they can be contributed to determine the outcome of a situation subject to variables, yes they indeed matter.

When you figure out what you're trying to say, we can continue this discussion. Until then, good day.

You ever try to argue with a GPS?

I do from time to time to break up the monotony. I tell my wife and she laughs. Thing is when I've had enough,.. I can turn the GPS off.

Unfortunately, much like my GPS,.. when your trying to have a legitimate debate and the other party believes whole heartedly with steadfast stubbornness that their opinion is the only one that matters,.. it makes it difficult to be amicable.

So it's OK to ask to get money for the evidence because the insurance company is loaded. That's the same mentality that people who think it's a good idea to purposely get into a crash with a big truck have.

I see why I stick to socializing off of the Internet; everyone had to argue and spews their opinion as if it's law/fact with little to no support.

When you get older you will learn that somethings are just not worth the one or two points of your opinion. Beyond that you begin to sound like a broken record or a small child that constantly asks,.. "Are we there yet?".

Morality is a fiercely held subject that people will argue their last breath to support. Much like religion, politics and racial/ethnic topics,.. its not something you want to argue with someone about for any length of time. There is no right or wrong,.. as the basis of the argument is built on a persons faith and belief that no amount of rhetoric or rational can change. Its what someone believes is just or the right way. How can you honestly believe your opinon means anything? Its like trying to convert a Muslim to Christianity. Unless your the greatest salesman in the world,.. your chances of selling your belief and opinions will last about as long as an ice cube on a Phoenix sidewalk in July.

You can continue to post and whine about how you dont like people not agreeing with you. But this is how real life is. Not everyone thinks and feels the same as you. Maybe you should just stick with your facebook pals?
