I'll be the surprisingly more mature one out of the 23 and 47 year old persons and apologize for my part in dragging a subjective argument on for this long, I know better.

For those who recieved the countless notifications for this nonsense, I'm truly sorry. I won't let it happen again.

 

I actually supported my argument with facts. If you need more links than I posted about withholding evidence and the subpoena process, I'm happy to oblige. However, because I can be a bit spiteful, I will also ask you to support your claim that he has any right to withhold evidence, for money or otherwise.

 

Nobody is putting words in your mouth. Every time you post, you're shown where your logic or general understanding of how the real world works is flawed, you say "thank you captain obvious" and attempt to claim a different stance than you had taken in the previous post. Arguing with a person who can't make up their own mind what point they are trying to make is a waste of time.

Had a tool,try to drive under me,while turning right...had to be high.
I had no choice,but to complete,the turn,super wide, across the double yellow.
Some chick had absolutely no idea, what I was doing,gave me a nasty stare,and didnt even slow down..I just gave her a big smile and wave!
