I have finished my first year with Swift last month. I have had no problems, my pay has been right, or fixed in a timely manner, and my check is always in the bank on Tuesday am.

My mentor was on a dedicated account and when I tested out I was asked to stay on that account. Since January I have driven 90,000 paid miles according to the kiosk. How many actual miles I don't know, but the actual m iles and paid miles are very close for the stores we go to.

I get along very well with my DM and the account manager. They both have offices in our small terminal and we can just walk in to talk to ether of them.

i estimate my pay for the 1st full calendar year to be between 46,000 and 48,000. My pay includes detention pay and Borroughs pay for going into NYC. I go there on a daily basis.

I am sure that some of you will question this. I don't have any way to prove it to you unless I post a pay stub, and I won't do that. You can take this all with a grain of salt if you wish.

I realize that my expierence with Swift is not typical, because I went directly on a dedicated account, but it will show that this is possible under the right circumstances.

Again, I have has no complaints with Swift and do not foresee any in the future. I am makinfg decent money, am paid on time and my benifits aren't as costly as at some jobs I have had. So, in my opinion Swift isn't all that bad.
