You dont think 40% of a fleet is BAD walking out? I think business wise its not a normal day of losing 3 today hiring 5 tomorrow. But yea I do relate to what your saying as well.

I think it's a horrible percentage. But this company does not care otherwise they would be trying to fix the problem. This is probably worse then CRENGLAND. The CEO has to know what's going on but as long as he sees profits he doesn't care who leaves and who stays.Sad it's like that.Drivers are not valuable to any company like so many claim.Just another lie added to a thousand other lies..

    Tinman1 and Lenham Thank this.

I would say the majority of bad companies are reefer, van and mega carriers.Right now im local reefer but the next driving job will be something different like hazmat tanker.Get out of the same boring thing day after day and see if their's any comparison towards the treatment of drivers.

Well a good friend of mine quit after 1.5 yrs just as WSTL is getting ready to go through a massive DOT audit. According to Ron the company just cant get it right. They have bought a few trucks, but their overall FMCSA score just cant seem to go in the right direction. These folks want total 100% Backside kissers.. They will destroy your driving career if you let them.

Hardly the record of a fleet that "can't get it together".

Fixed your link, but here is a screenshot of their SMS scores anyway:

Over the intervention threshold in unsafe driving, and not far behind in vehicle maintenance -- doesn't seem like a company that has it together to me...

Thanks for posting the "screenshot" double yellow.

If the DOT is doing "a massive audit" with numbers like that then they'll be everywhere doing audits. As poor as those numbers may appear they actually good in comparison to many>look @ some of the big players like England if you want to see less than stellar numbers.

CRST and Carolina Cargo are much much worse than this. Carolina Cargo looks like they are about ready for intervention actually. This ain't that bad.
