I have traced all wires everything is good, the spare relay that sends power to the blower motor is not getting triggered. I traced that wire and a tag read “vehicle shutdown” could not find where that wire runs after that. The blower motor has not worked since a ecm swap, does a detroit 60 ecm control the blower motor?
