This truck has a splitter valve on the back of the transmission. Return line coming from motor then to valve, then one line to each tank. This is the second time I have replaced due to leaking in the last four years and its somewhat pricey for what it is. Any ideas what I can put there to replace it? I am worried if I just put a regular t it will fill one tank more than the others. I was told the hard plastic fuel lines are Volvo specific???

Why don't you just pull the fuel line off and go to Napa Auto Parts or a place that makes fuel lines and have new ones made up?

If you ever go to Ontario, CA there's a place that rebuilds all types of valves called Walkers Air Brakes.

They usually sell remanufactured valves at half the price or more vs the same remanufactured one from the Volvo Stealership, and they give you a one (1) year warranty too.

Do you have the manufacturer and part# of the part available?
