2006 VNL 670 Flasher location

Thanks for the info. What if I get the Dev2Tool/Vcads program. Can I use the program with the Nexiq adapter or does it require a different one?

Okay, I talked to the shop manager today and he said that Premium Tech Tool Has/is like Dev2Tool/VCADS built in now. If not where can I get this set of tools? Where would I look to change voltage for lights? I can't really select anything under the Calibrate or Program tabs on the top, a list comes up on the left side with different options like(engine, body, breaks, etc...) but I cant select the Start button for any of it. I was away from the shop so I did not have WiFi connection. Do I need to be connected to the Central System/Server to modify the settings? Also this truck is a 2004 Volvo VNL with a Cummins ISX. He said most of the stuff I want to set will be in the Insite program. Any tips would be appreciated. I will post some pics of my progress with this truck soon.
