I've saw u joints being match marked so they are put back the exact way they came off, to prevent possible vibrations.

So my 5 up on diff and 5 down on rear shaft is correct?
Just need to pull the hanger shim and that will put me at 1.5 on hanger.

Your angles from factory are as follows... 2 degree engine slant, 3.5 degee forward axle, 9.5 degree rear axle. All angles are in reference to frame angle. Engine/ trans angle is easiest to measure on oil pan or PTO cover. Axles are measured on housing between center section and brake spider. The angles you are trying cancel each other out under 1 degree. Your current numbers give you 1deg @ tranny, 1.0 deg @ center bearing and 0 deg @ power divider. Your two angles are 1 deg different and causing angles not to cancel each other. Try moving front axle to factory specs.

Thanks for info. So if I put my angle finder on the axle housing tube I should see 9.5 degrees up? Right now it's sitting at about 6 degrees up.

3.5 on intermediate drive, 9.5 on rear drive. That is with air ride @ proper ride height.

Got it. I was reading wrong and got mixed up between the front drive and rear drive. I've been inspecting my bushings and one of the torque rod bushings is going bad which may be causing my front diff pinion to be at 5-6 degrees instead of the 3.5.
I'm also carrying my shafts to a different drive line shop in the morning that can spin them up to 2000rpm instead of the 1000rpm the driveline shop that shortened my hanger shaft did.

When I looked up your truck, I noticed you have the AG460 so your ride height is 10.5". Also check your spacers on front upper torque rod, should be 8MM on your truck. Sometimes guys replace the rods and don't mark and put spacers back in proper place. Back ones are 13MM. Included manual so you can check ride height.

You can spec them that way so you have more suspension travel. This thing was speced for getting off road some with 4.11 gears and 11r24.5 tires. What was your ride height @?
