2011 International Prostar ABS module

    It's a messy process. You would have to visit your local dealer and they check your engine serial number to see if can be uprated based on the parts it was built with. Then, they have to make a case file for the uprate. International will make a new calibration for your engine along with a new emissions label that has to be physically installed on the engine before they will allow any programming to be done. You will have to pay for programming and the new label along with any emissions charges applicable since the engine will have more power. This process usually takes several weeks but with covid it could be significantly longer.

    I know this thread is outdated and this question is off topic. I just bought a 2011 Prostar with the cm871 Cummins. Has no DEF just DPF filter. Since this truck is a 2011 and engine is a 2010 would it still be considered CA compliant?
