2011 Maxxforce 7 Crank no start

Hi, I have a 2011 international terrastar 6.4/maxxforce 7. Owner says it was running fine but wouldn’t restart. Just cranks. The last time it ran it cranked a lot and seems to have randomly started and ran fine once. Hasn’t started since. Codes present are 1378 fmi 17 and 2819 fmi 5. I wonder if there’s an issue with the cam or crank sensors since it randomly decided to start that last time. When I crank it for more than 5-10 seconds the engine warn light comes on.

My scan tool is too basic to get the really useful pids from live data. But the RPM drops to 0 when the warm engine light comes on. Would this indicate a bad signal from the sensors or does the computer shut down the signal when it detects another condition?
