2012 Cascadia dead switches, flashing switches

Trying to help a friend with his truck.

The foot well, dome light, and gauge dimmer switches all flash slowly in sync. The other switches in those bottom clusters seem to be dead (menu, regen, etc). Am I right to assume the MSF switch is the culprit? 2 active faults but I can’t bring them up with the menu switch not working. Truck is calling for a regen but he isn’t able to activate it with the switches not working.
Sorry for the lack of detail, I don’t have the truck here in front of me, hoping someone has had/fixed the same or similar issue.
