2012 Cascadia MSF issue.

I’m trying to nail down an electrical issue on a 2012 Cascadia. The hazard light switch stays illuminated at all times. The foot well, dome light, and gauge dimmer switches all flash slowly in sync. The other switches in those bottom clusters seem to be dead (menu, regen, etc). Am I right to assume the MSF switch is the culprit? 2 active faults but I can’t bring them up with the menu switch not working.
