The prostar primary and secondary gauges point down to six o'clock and the beeping noise and low pressure lights will not go off. The truck does hold air though.

Yep sensor or wire problems. Sensors are located behind the cluster on the right hand side.

Don't forget the famous BCM connectors behind driver kick panel!
Heavyd Thanks this. -
I Put a used BCM in and it fixed the problem but now my oil temp and trans temp gauge doesn't work....is it because I didn't program the new BCM?
-
-
I have a similar problem, but on mine the secondary air pressure gauge shows over pressure, drained tanks to empty and it shows sometimes +60 psi sometimes +30 psi on the secondary gauge, I switched the air switches around and nothing changed. Could it be the bcm?
-
I changed my bcm and it fixed everything. But iI is have to go get the new one programmed.

MEI/Airsource #1473. Any Truckpro/Compar/Fleetpride carries MEI or Airsource products. About $30. Maybe less.
