hello everyone, my 2013 Cascadia has a fuel problem, i bought it used and since ive owned it, i can drive it and it will pull fuel from the pass side tank only, when i fuel, it will over fill the drs tank, if I leave the unit alone over night the tanks will equilize.I checked all the usual problems, fuel caps ,vents and collapsed lines nothing bad. the former owner removed and bypassed the fuel shutoff valves from the factory.no fuel leaks runs great. I cannot seem to figure this out. can anyone of you help?

I would still focus on the vents/breathers. Remove them and clean them out really good, and blow air in them.

Or maybe the return line. Mine has a splitter for the return.

Sounds like the either the pick up line in the tank or the fuel line in the drivers side fuel tank is clogged with debris

My return line had a factory T-splitter which had a flapper valve in it and it was mounted above the transmission. One day it just started leaking so I just replaced it. When I started getting more fuel in one of the 2 tanks, it was clogged vents.

The splitter diesel Dave is talking about is what puts fuel into one tank and leaves the other side dry when it goes bad, it will be at rear of trans. follow fuel lines to find it, change it out for a new one ,

I had that happen on a FLD I had. Turned out there was some crap in the tank that kept getting sucked into the outflow fuel line and plugged it up. So it was only drawing fuel from the right tank but still returning it to both tanks. Ended up getting a used tank because we never could get all of the crap out.
