Hey guys I need some help diagnosing a really difficult issiue. I have a 2015 Volvo vnl Ishift in the shop that the transmission was replaced and then this issue started. The trans was replaced because the shift housing broke and shredded a gear. The truck drives through the brakes at a stop. It doesn’t come to a complete stop unless you put it in neutral otherwise it will keep trying to push. Almost like the clutch just stays engaged. But it takes off from a stop perfectly. ABSOLUTELY NO FAULT CODES. Passes every single #### test I could possible run in tech tool. Recalibrated 10 times at this point. Everything seems correct the brake switch is reading brakes are applied and the air switch. Abs wheel speeds are correct, creep mode has been disables all traction control valves have been disconnected. Accelerator pedal position reading 0. All modules reprogrammed.
So many parts have been replaced and I am the 5th person to look at it. The dealer can’t figure it out. The truck has been down at different shops for well over a year. There is a long list of parts replaced. Complete trans has been replaced top to bottom Tcm clutch shift housing output speed sensor clutch actuator. Every single brake switch has been replaced. The air switches and the pedal switch. Ecm, accelerator pedal. I’m sure there’s more stuff that has been replaced half the truck looks new. Any help is appreciated.
