My truck seems to be only putting out heat if I set it to 90 degrees. Otherwise it's cold, probably ac running, 89 down to 60.
HJ9257 is the last 6 if anyone is interested.
Any ideas?

So perhaps it is not the plenum issue nor blend door, but the air temp sensor to your HVAC controller. As per the S/N, your truck has the "ATC" Auto Temp Control.
Can you check the sensor?
It's under the dash area.
