2016 Durastar Air ride Seat

Hello, I have a 2016 Durastar extended cad tow truck and I've noticed that the seat won't recline back and always stays at 90* angle. Passenger seat does the same. Its an extended cab so theres plenty of space behind the seat. Is there any way to get it lower?
