2016 Peterbilt Vibration & pulsating noise

2016 Peterbilt with new Cummins and 18 speed manual Eaton transmission. At highway speeds in 17th and 18th gears, when I let off the throttle I get an audible pulsating sound and minor vibrations in the floorboard and steering wheel. It stops once I push throttle down or engine brake engages. Any ideas?
