I have a 2017 Volvo with the D13 volvo engine. It Has been consuming coolant for a while. It seemed like I would control it by replacing coolant hoses and lines. Happened for about 8 months until it got worse. One monday morning I get a call that the truck is consuming a crazy amount of coolant. 15 gallons in 7 to 10 hours of running. I bring it home and check it out. No water in coolant, but tons of blow by. Remove egr cooler (it’s cracked) so I replace. Also replaced air compressor bc it was putting coolant into the air tanks (we removed the compressor’s head the gasket was visually blown).
I dont want to miss anything so i replace crankcase ventilator bc of all the coolant residue inside it. I also change the oil and filters.

We put the truck back together, but it’s still using coolant. But maybe 1-2 gallons per day. The truck doesn’t run hot, pulls really good, there is no coolant in oil or oil in coolant. We drive it 10 hours and it blows the turbo. Exhaust turbine falls off and is lost, and its pushing oil through exhaust. We take turbo off another truck that I have in the yard, put it on the truck to get it off the road and so driver can deliver load. Driver claims the truck is pulling amazing, and using almost no water at this time. 12 hours later it blows the replacement turbo. I then put another turbo on there to get it home, run it maybe 8 hours. We take the turbo off, and find that the intake turbine is now starting to touch the housing. So we now have a third bad turbo. There is oil coming out the exhaust pipe but the exhaust side of the turbo is dry as a bone. We pressure test bc it started losing coolant again. Find the radiator cracked, and leaking coolant from water pump housing. Replace all the o-rings and gaskets and radiator. I have now put on a 4th turbo (1st one being the original) and we started it up. Oil is coming out the exhaust pipe once again. We have really good oil pressure, 30 at idle, but it shows 90 psi when we accelerate the truck to redline. It has a clean air filter, and there is no DPF filter since its deleted.

Does anyone know what could be causing these problems? Blown head gasket? Cracked head? Any advice would be awesome.

Bypass your fuel tank heater and see what it does for you, mine were corroded on the inside causing coolant loss which ended up in fuel tanks.
Oil pressure sounds a bit high at 90psi. D13 is 60 psi under load engine I believe. If I were you I’d check into oil regulator valve located on passenger side of engine.

Are you saying that exhaust manifold has oil in it? Or your turbo keeps leaking oil?
