2018 F350 ELD issues.

I'm running keeptruckin ELD on my truck. I set it up last week. I have had an issue with it not tracking the mileage properly since day one. My truck has 110,xxx miles and the ELD says my reported miles are 41,xxx miles. It is also reporting about half of my driven miles. I have been in continuous contact with CS the whole time. The told me that their system will only go up to roughly 46,xxx miles on the newer obd2 trucks. So they told me to fix it I have to reset the DTC module. Makes zero sense to me but whatever! I've done that 3 times and nothing has changed. They told me this is a common issue with obd2 trucks. So my question is have any of you or know of anyone that has had a similar issue? Any help will be appreciated! Unfortunately switching companies isn't an option right now.

 

Oh I forgot to add that their ELD worked flawlessly in my '03 F350 with an autotap.
