2018 flat bed conestoga

    Can you guys help me price it . I have potential buyer and wondering what are the prices these days .
    2018 fontaine , 48 aluminum , eagle tarp kit , 2 tool boxes , spread axle , there are small cuts and rips on the tarp ( nothing crazy ) , shocks has to be changes , brakes ok but buyer said drums worn out even though shoes has good thickness , tires all good but one axle rethread , other virgin , worn out evenly and legal . Metal wheels
    Overall trailer been used probably 200k miles

    Know it’s different trailer, but seen a 2023 utility Conestoga sale for $40,500 last week and a 2020 for 38,000.

    But an 18 fontaine drop deck 48’ for 44,500.

    Its flat .. not step
    I am still entertaining idea to keep it and trying to find decent driver , buyer have a 40k in mind
