It is to new to tell yet,I'm sure we will get some updates as more of them get on the road and get miles on them.

    Is that the 114B or 116B? 117B isn't out yet I don't think

I had to sit and examine that beauty a moment.

Is that a freaking air compressor driven by air intake flow? I have never seen or heard such a thing.

How much horse is in her and torque? What RPM and transmission ratios?

I didn't know you could click on the image and blow it up lol. After doing that I was able to identify this as the X15 116B model meaning it's the Performance model (circled in green) has the new fuel pump and medium range power (117B will be the highest of HP, not currently available) I don't have the specs in hand will work on those. Circled in blue is the 2 delivery fuel lines from the pump to the rail. The yellow arrows represents the air flow for the Air Compress, no actual changes in Air Compressor still mounts and operates the same they have just integrated air flow in to the front structure pulling clean air from the inlet to the turbo (if memory serves me correct, I do know it wraps around the front of the engine).

The first image is actually the 114B (Efficiency series - Fleet engine) but the yellow shows the path of the air flow for the Air Compressor. The second image is the 116B (Performance series) yellow arrows just complete the path. The blue circle is the new Fuel Pump (Next Gen XPI)
    114B:
    Compression ratio 18.9:1
    400 HP - 500 HP
    1450 - 1850 LB-FT

    116B:
    Compression ratio 17.2:1
    485 HP - 605 HP
    1650 - 2050 LB-FT

I don't like one big fuel filter or fuel seperator spinner they got on there. What happened to the forest of three filters or even two?

That bendix air dryer is vurnable above the left steer outside the frame exposed to everything. It should be moved inside the frame somewhere back under the sleeper where it always has been.

The X has always had just 1 fuel filter. 2 total since they require the OEM to provide the suction side fuel filter.

Bendix Air Dryer? Do you see something I don't in the picture?

I'm just seeing the suction side fuel filter and power steering reservoir.

Ok, toss the Bendix that is not in the picture.

**Bangs head. Im so dense sometimes. Stupid compressor threw me off.

It's pretty, that red engine. I desire a Kitty or a Detroit with 1000 hp rating and around 3000 plus torque even if they have to use planetary reductions at the final drive navy style to make it happen.

More horse, less fuel per hour is needed. Theoratically you can run the USA at idle if you had enough gears to make it happen.

    bzinger and Strange77 Thank this.
