I'm working on a 2019 Cascadia that has no taillights. The trailer lights all work, the markers work, but no rear lights when bobtailing. I told the driver the best solution is to just not bobtail at night, but he wasn't thrilled with that.
Light check kicks the brake and reverse lights on fine, but still no tails.
Has anyone had to deal with an issue like this?

take it to dealer. These lights are hard wired to sam module. If there is any cut wire or shorted to ground wire there must be active fault code. If there are no codes then something is wrong with sam module.
