    Codes: SPN 629 Internal injector power generation malfunction FMI 5
    SPN 651, 652, 653 voltage low or short circuit to ground FMI 4

    Have checked harness under valve cover and all connections, seem to be fine.

    Anyone ever see this? All happened at once (codes and lost 1,2,3 cylinders)

    Have you ohmed out injectors? Continuity to ground?

    If one is shorted it will pull down the ECM drivers per bank. Internal ECM drivers are shared 1-2-3 and 4-5-6.
