Run a add in Craigslist to move people's stuff,
Anything you can fit in the truck.
Then depending on where you live go to Home Depot,
Lowes or if your in a big city Uhaul.

Grab a couple of those guys looking for work
And go for it. You set the price and pay workers.
You just drive the truck, let them do the manual labor.

Reliable Runners, or any of the courier companies should work.

Box truck local haul is a very very competitive business lots of competition.

Can you afford to buy a FedEx ground route?

FedEx Ground, is all owner operator from the tractor trailers to the delivery trucks FedEx Ground does not own a single piece of power equipment. They sell there routes to fleet owners and then you get paid by them to run the route that you buy. I don't know what they cost I'm sure there not cheap and very very expensive. However FedEx Ground is rock solid.
