Since when can you user a ham radio out of band ?
The rules for using one LEGALY are very limited at best .... You can use a part 90 radio on the ham bands ...

A working FT-100D I guess there are some left .... I just sold mine .... WORKING ....

The radio is just fine as it was when I owned it . The FT100D's problem is it has no reserve when you over heat it and will blow the VHF/UHF finals.
It is not a good buy for someone who likes to run a radio hot ..... -
