    Yea....as much as i dislike nuclear style multi million dollar lawsuits.....in this case im reluctantly sideing with the horse owners. Driver was doing some shady crap and regardless of the contract there is a pretty clear cut diffrence between an accident and negligence. This one seemingly falls firmly into the latter case.
