    What a joke, Canada has the most pathetic justice system in the world. Corrupt judges who accept a nice chunk of the tens of thousands of dollars the defendant is willing to pay his lawyer to ensure basically a slap on the wrist.

    That's it 3 yrs??????That's nothing more then a slap on the wrist.I can imagine how angry the parents were after the sentence was read.

    Well here in the states 2 of the 3 gang members that tried to kill my pregnant wife and my then 6 year old got a whole 13 months probation. I was escorted out of the courtroom. The 3rd was shot and killed a year ago in a gang war.
