34 hr rule

    If you are already in the town u have to deliver in the next day, can u deliver the next day and still count it towards your 34 hr restart when you are still in the same city?

    Well it depends on so much but the LEGAL answer is NO once truck moves by definition you are supposed to be on the drive line. However alot depends on the paticular situation. At my company it wouldn't be possible...

    No, you can't on e-logs or paper. Why? Because you need to log some on-duty time while at the reciever.

    Driving in the same city can be done on line 4 if the drive time is less than 15 minutes. You will need to flag it though.
