    Witch e logs are compatible with the 6 pin 3406e cat engines on todays market? I ordered the Garmin elog from Amazon it said connected but wouldn’t automatically change duty status to driving when truck was moving stayed on duty the entire time.

    you want an exempt truck, and then decided to mess around with an Elog? Are you leased onto somebody that requires an e- log, why don’t you run paper?

    The company I’m trying to get on with requires e logs so idk if it will work with my truck or if I need to buy a newer truck

    5EK works perfectly fine on an ELD. If you're having problems then it's the ELD manufacturer's issue so I would contact them about it and/or have a conversation with your carrier on how to procede.

    Thanks that’s good to know that’s actually the ELD this company is requiring to use. How did you get it to work on a b model did you have to hard wire everything?
