357 peterbilt cab swap questions

! have a totaled 07 357 quad dump truck I am rebuilding. I need a new cab hood etc the best one I have found is a 93 357 with a 3306. Mine has the c15 accert. Is it possible to swap dashes or do they make spme kind of glider wiring kit to adapt a newer motor to an older cab. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

There are companies that make wiring harnesses. Kustom Truck in Oregon is one that I know does.
