Is filter plugged and causing the pump to work harder than needed.
Voltage spikes or a harness full of corrosion. Bad emissions ecu Hook to VCADS -
the pumps come with new filters check the harness going to pump i've seen that fail a lot of times, also check make sure acm module is getting the proper current flow ive had that happens as well. how are you guys determining the pump is bad what are you seeing as far as diagnostics go.
jason6541 Thanks this. -
There is a valve that controls the coolant flow through the heater tube
in the DEF tank. I'm just guessing but could it be stuck open? -
Check the FCUT connector next to the ACM. It usually corrodes within 12 inches of that connector. Make sure your checking powers and grounds with them plugged in.
QUALITYTRUCK and jason6541 Thank this.
