Just had Thai beef and mint leaves red pepper and cucumber in a salad at at new local restaurant last night with my wife.

 

It's hard to find Thai in DFW so this was a blast from the past for us

I never thought of cooking eggs like that before, it looks tasty and will have to give it a try next time I am home.

 

Just buy a box of Fruit Loops..why everyone has to complicate things in life I’ll never understand.
