What’s going on brothers and sisters (if any out there)....

I’m in the bay, car haulering local, company driver making over +90k. Staying in the truck full time. Low overhead 1200 a month. Have a nice savings should a put a nice down payment on a house in Central Valley or get a rig and run it ?

For all my westcoast drivers United Road owner op/ possibly own authority or stay..... you know where I’m at ... (Fremont)

Do not buy a truck in cali until the labor issue is resolved in courts.. with the money your making being a owner op in Cali you might see a decrease in take home .

I believe that real estate is always a better investment than a vehicle. Most real estate, if maintained, will increase in value over time, but most vehicle, even if maintained, will decrease in value over time. IMHO, tks

get the house! if you think you are in a company truck full time now... a rig of your own will be an adjustment!

I really honestly thought my car haulers would tell me to get a rig, I do enjoy hauling cars except auction freight and heavy sh** but honestly. I really thought ya would say rig, stay in the truck and put a bigger down payment on the house. But you all are wise and I will definitely take ya input into consideration thank you it means a lot to a young trucker
