.42 CPM as a graduate

    Millis Transfer appears to be paying this. Went up on there site, seems like a generous employee package. Anyone else trying to compete with this?

    You need to go up there site. It does look like a nice package. They are advertising it as new and improved.

    Closest I remember seeing is Jim Palmer Trucking paying .40 cpm

    It is a new thing. Looks like a very nice package for new graduates. Not sure if it's the best though.

    Yeah, they just announced that pay package yesterday on the 2nd, I haven't seen anything similar out there, it's even that much when your on the trainer truck for all miles driven.

    Say you drive 100,000 miles in a year; 100,000 x .01 = $1,000 , basic math...

    Better see which direction their miles go before jumping to conclusions here.. The website even says "fleet average" is 115,000 miles a year... roughly 2200 a week and being its a recruiting site honesty won't be their first priority. $0.42 won't do a bit of good sitting half the week.
