Well this is what's going on in my town for our Christmas. A truck thought it would drive across an old iron bridge with a 6 ton weight limit.

Was it even tall enough for her to cross, or did the bridge collapse on the truck?

I think the bridge was a 13'3" had a few trucks get stuck before on it. This time the bridge collapsed.

In the first pic you can clearly see that the driver passed a "no trucks" sign. I wonder what part of that sign did the driver not understand?

No doubt I have stopped dead in the road to evaluate the situation before some of them bridges even without any signs. Rather backup traffic and be positive it's safe than get stuck or fall though. Even with out the no trucks which did not need read it's a picture and 6 ton in not very hard to miss read.

Not that it matters, was the truck loaded?
I've taken chances going where a truck migght not be welcomed but nothing like this. AHA a woman driver <jk> JUST KIDDING LADIES! :p I've ran with many lady drivers, they all drove as well as, if not better than any guy. Its takes alot of guts for a womenn to be out here in this industry, so much bs & male chauvinism (thank u spellcheck).

We have a famous bridge near us. Some people in town convinced the rr to let them paint it. Before the paint job there were huge signs with flashing lights and people would still hit it.

The worst was the same company different drivers would hit it a couple times a month. Their excuse was they company routes them and they get punished for going off route.
