California pleads down. I got a logbook violation for doing 20 over on the grapevine.

    New Mexico and Wyoming.

Over 80 mph is considered reckless driving in VA, regardless of where or when.

Whoever does that is playing with fire.

In VA 81 in a 70 is reckless. About 90% of the time VSP won't bother unless you are 85+. I see people flying down 81 and 95 all day long well in excess of that. Bad thing about VA is the dmv report will stay with you for 11 years.

The VA house tried to change it a few years ago but the pos governor vetoed it.

I got pulled over on the grapevine exceeding the limit in the 45 mph southbound. Thank you Officer Bill W. for only putting the fear of CHP in me and sending me on my way with a warning.

Need to watch your driving record, if your licensed from another state other than VA, they do NOT send your state a corrected court action!!!! It's up to you to get a duplicate copy of the court action and take it to your licensed state to correct your record. This happened to me a few years ago and only caught it because my insurance premiums went up, VA sent the ticket to NC on the charges but didn't send the reduced and dismissed charges after court. It's up to YOU!!!!

I had to pay my attorney another $325 to go back to the Virginia Beach City courthouse to get a certified copy of the court action so I could get a license hearing here in NC to correct my driving record...from now on I'm best driver while I'm in the state of VA

Roadlaw. Recommended by ooida. That's all I can tell you. Have no idea on lawyers name. It was 6 years ago. interstate trucking is another nationwide service. cuz roadlaw apparently don't go everywhere in the country.

I've had each service do one ticket.
