9400I left blinker

Need some help, have a 9400I left blinder stays on when engaged checked all fuses but the relay won’t click. Right side works and four ways.

 

Anyone ?

I’ve replaced the signal switch itself, the harness itself is fine no break in the lines relays are fine. I did note that the driver side blinker is very dim and won’t blink when I turn on my head lights and the markers lights switch on the dash, only off will it blink and can hear the relay work. All I can do I think about this and it’s driving my up the wall. Anyone ? I’ve buffed each port positive and ground side. Added 4/0 cable from the battery’s to the starter, frame, motor both ground and positive.
